All product sold and provided by Magic Trashman's Enchanted Junkyard is to be considered sold "AS IS" with no warranties expressed or implied, and installation/use of the product for their intended purposes/end destination is the responsibility of the buyer. Magic Trashman's Enchanted Junkyard is not to be considered liable for any damages that arise to a buyer's personal property and/or any damages due to customer/end user abuse, misuse or negligence.

Magic Trashman's Enchanted Junkyard utilizes Paypal as a payment processor and reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at their discretion. This includes price errors, descriptions or availability. All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted.

Shipping:

Orders are generally filled and shipped out within 2-3 business days. Shipping & delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Returns:

Magic Trashman's Enchanted Junkyard will honor a 30-day return policy that begins on the date of receipt of any product so long as the product is returned in unused and resalable condition. Utilize the contact form located at www.magictrashman.com/contact to initiate a return and expect a refund of the purchase price but excluding shipping/delivery fees once the vendor receives the item and inspects it to verify its condition. If an item is received in used or damaged condition that prevents it from being resold then the client will be informed and given the option to have it shipped back to them at their expense or Magic Trashman's Enchanted Junkyard will dispose of the item with no refund given.

Privacy Policy:

Magic Trashman's Enchanted Junkyard does not knowingly or willingly collect personal data of minors nor is it intended to address anyone under the age of 18.
