Replacement socket clips for the VW Vanagon's sun visors.
Perfectly replicates the original part's angle and mechanical pivot. Clicks tightly into place and holds securely. Left is driver's side, right is passenger's side. Comes as a pair connected by a 2mm sprue to save on machining fees. Could be painted to suit your interior. (Painting the interior of the socket is not recommended.)
Made of nylon for an extremely strong, durable part.
To install this part, assuming you have the original clip already removed, align the small hole in the sphere with the brass mini-post of the visor. Press the new clip firmly down with even pressure- note that the cutaway slot in the side enables the new clip to spread slightly to help clear the visor post's ball joint, but once it has slipped into place you'll hear a tight snap and the visor is ready to be screwed back in. The slot in either mount is intended to face the door on its side.
